Treatment Foster Care/ Family Clinician

Qualifications: The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, an ability to work with a diverse client population, a desire to work as part of a team, an ability to work flexible hours and provide clinical support to foster parents as well as family impacted by the client’s placement. This position requires experience with the child welfare system and a Master’s degree in social work or counseling, with the ability to be licensed or provisionally licensed at time of hire.
Job Description: Primary responsibilities include providing assessment, service planning and case management to families with the focus on an evidenced based model of Treatment Foster Care. Advocate for children and families within the systems impacting service delivery i.e. educational, legal, medical, mental health systems. Coach and implement therapeutic interventions to reduce maladaptive behaviors within a community foster home setting. In addition this position requires appropriate documentation and clinical and professional judgment.
Pay Range: Competitive based on education and experience.
