About Us:

Hi! We are Mir and Kelly. Our philosophies in life are different, but complement each other. Mir’s is “Everything is going to be alright” and Kelly’s is “I’ll make everything alright.” An example is when we met at our mutual friend’s birthday party. It was basically love at first sight, but while Mir was sitting there trying to figure out what he was going to say, Kelly walked up and asked him to walk her to her car. And the rest, as they say, is history.

We are an Air Force family and have lived in St Louis for three years. Kelly is a flight nurse and Mir remodels and manages our rental properties. We were both raised in loving, stable, and supportive families who are excited about adding a little one to the family. We love to travel, be active, and experience different cultures. Four and half years ago at our wedding, we promised each other that we would have a wonderful life and we want to share that life with a child.

Our message to you:

If you choose us to parent your child, we promise that they will have a very full life. We believe in living life and having no regrets. Everything that happens to us is a learning experience and we take that fact and move forward. We have an understanding of cultural diversity as we are a transracial couple and a part of a multiracial family. We value and appreciate the uniqueness of each individual. Even if you decide to place your child with another family, thank you for giving this precious gift and making someone like us parents.
