At what stage of pregnancy can I contact an adoption worker?

Birth parents can contact an adoption worker at any stage in their pregnancy. Some birth mothers choose to contact us early on in their pregnancy, while others choose to wait until they are in their third trimester. There is no “too early” or “too late” to contact an adoption agency. Many times, a birth mother will wait until she is at the hospital or home with the baby to choose to make an adoption plan. A birth mother can choose to place her baby after he or she is born, and many families in our waiting family list (link) are open to adopting an infant through a two or three year old toddler. Birth moms are also able to make adoption plans for more than one child, and we will ensure that both children will be kept in the same family that the birth mother chooses.
