If you are pregnant and need help, parenting a young child and feeling overwhelmed, or trying to understand your next step, Good Shepherd can walk with you.
Support for pregnancy, parenting, and the next right step.
Pregnancy and Parenting Support works with pregnant women in crisis to provide counseling, resources, and practical help aimed at healthy infants and healthy families. Support can begin with one conversation and grow from there depending on what you need.
Support can include
Prenatal support
Help connecting to prenatal care, pregnancy testing, and support as you prepare for birth.
Counseling
Space to talk through decision-making, relationships, stability, and the pressures you may be carrying.
Concrete resources
Referrals, diapers, baby items, community connections, and practical help when immediate needs feel heavy.
Parenting support
Encouragement, education, and steady support as you care for your child and build confidence as a parent.
“It’s okay to get help. You don’t have to do it all on your own.”
Start with one conversation.
You do not have to know exactly what kind of help you need before reaching out. A Good Shepherd team member can listen, answer questions, and help you understand what support may be available.
