Good Shepherd Children & Family Services, an agency of Catholic Charities of St. Louis, is currently accepting applications for a Director of Treatment Services. A member of the agency’s senior leadership team, this position is responsible for all facets of planning and implementation of the agency’s residential programs, which include its Maternity Shelter and Transitional Living Program and its Treatment Foster Care Program. The Director of Treatment Services is responsible for coordination and oversight of all clinical and administrative aspects of these programs, including personnel, finance, and daily operations. The position must also ensure that all services are provided in a manner wholly consistent with the agency’s policies and values, and well as with the demands of relevant accrediting bodies, licensing authorities, contracts, and funders. The Director of Treatment Services also represents the agency in the community and serves as a member of multiple internal and external committees. Qualifications for this position include a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Counseling or related field (LPC preferred), Missouri licensure, five (5) years of work in residential/group living services, and three (3) years of experience in supervision and program management.
