Kathy Fowler, Executive Director
Kathy Fowler, MA, LPC, began her career with Good Shepherd Children & Family Services in 2005 as a case manager and therapist. She rose to a senior leadership role in December 202 and briefly lent her expertise to another nonprofit before returning to what she calls “home.”
Effective January 1, 2024, Good Shepherd and Marygrove entered into a shared management structure, with Kathy serving as Executive Director for both ministries. She leads the strategic vision of the ministry and oversees day-to-day operations.
Kathy holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Teresa Hayner, Chief Program Officer
Teresa Hayner, MSW, LCSW, serves as Chief Program Officer for both Good Shepherd Children & Family Services and Marygrove, overseeing a broad continuum of community-based and residential services. At Good Shepherd, she leads the Community Services programs, including adoption, pregnancy and parenting support, and foster care.
Teresa began her career in 1994 with Catholic Services for Children & Youth and continued through its transition to Good Shepherd. With over 3o years of experience in child welfare, she brings deep clinical and leadership expertise to her role.
She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois and is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri.
Teri Gregory, Chief Financial Officer
Teri Gregory serves as Chief Financial Officer for both Good Shepherd Children & Family Services and Marygrove. Prior to this role, she spent 19 years as Accounting Manager for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
Before beginning her accounting career, Teri served six years in the U.S. Navy. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Thomas Coleman, Senior Director of Operations
Thomas Coleman brings more than 20 years of IT services and payroll management to his role as Senior Director of Operations. He leads Help Desk staff, Training Coordinators, Technology Services, Facilities, and Food Services across both Good Shepherd Children & Family Services and Marygrove.
Thomas joined Marygrove in 2002 and continues whis service as part of the shared leadership team. He is a United States Army Veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Purdue Global.
Cameshia Covington, Senior Director of Human Resources
Cameshia Covington serves as Senior Director of Human Resources for both Marygrove and Good Shepherd Children & Family Services. She joined Marygrove in 2018 and became a Shared Services Provider in 2022.
Cameshia has over 20 years of experience in operations and management, including a decade in HR leadership and three years in recruitment. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University. Her areas of expertise include talent management, organizational leadership, and cultivating positive workplace cultures.
Courtney Noto, Senior Director of Philanthropy
Courtney Noto, MBA, leads fundraising and donor engagement for Good Shepherd Children & Family Services and Marygrove as part of the unified Philanthropy team created in 2025. She joined Good Shepherd in 2025 and has served at Marygrove since 2012, most recently as Chief Development Officer.
Courtney earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in General Management and holds a Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University.
Lisa Chrisco, Director of Quality Improvement
Lisa Chrisco serves as Director of Quality Improvement for both Good Shepherd Children & Family Services and Marygrove as part of the shared management team. She joined the team in September 2023, bringing extensive leadership experience in quality, compliance, and accreditation across multiple states, including Florida, Arizona, and California.
Lisa previously served as the State Director of the MRDD Medicaid Waiver Program in Kansas and played a key role in Medicaid reform for children with special needs. She has guided numerous organizations through successful accreditations with both the Joint Commission and CARF and has held roles as Chief Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the University of Missouri–Columbia and a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas.
